We give you the searching questions to uncover who it is that you actually want to serve within your business, not just who happens to ‘walk through the door’. We then encourage you to interrogate this ‘Ideal Customer’ to understand everything from their motivations and life goals to how they take their coffee!

  • Learn who your Ideal Customers are – who do you want to jump out of bed to work with every day?

  • Go beyond surface demographics and get under the skin of your Ideal Customer so you can really begin to anticipate their needs.

  • Build a customer profile, a snapshot of your Ideal Customer, that will guide you to make strategic choices when it comes to the marketing channels you choose and what messages you’re trying to communicate.

 
 
 

02: Discovering what you need to say

As you get to know your Ideal Customer a little better, the course then moves on to helping you work out what it is you need to say to them in order to secure the sale.

  • Pinpoint the challenges and desires of your Ideal Customer and identify how you can help.

  • Determine your unique selling points and how they can speak specifically to your Ideal Customer.

  • Craft a set of core marketing messages that will form the backbone of all your communications with them, making content writing a whole lot easier.
